Order Process
Eventfulgifts.com has streamline the order process.
First, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to review your order with you. We will work with you to get your artwork ready for printing and than prepare your paper proof for your approval. Once you approve your proof. We will take over from there. The production process will begin. This process usually takes 10 business days. From that point, your personalized gifts will be prepared for shipment and shipped out the same day. Once your gifts reach their destination, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to insure that you are completely satisfied.
Rush Service
If you are working on a deadline, we can help. We will make every effort to insure that your gifts arrive on or before your deadline date. Rush orders often incur additional charges and you may be required to limit the complexity of your artwork. For rush orders, you must submit clean artwork via email artdepartment@eventfulgifts.com.
Over & Under Runs
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your personalized gift order.
Due to the screen printing process and production standards. There may be over runs and occasionally under runs. We do everything possible to reduce this from happening . The industry standard on most personalized products is 5%. As an example, if you ordered 500 pens you may receive between 475 or 525. Some printed paper products may run highers.

Customer's Right to Use Trademarks
By submitting a graphic design to Eventfulgifts.com, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design. Purchase of merchandise from Eventfulgifts.com in no way grants a customer permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to a customer.
To use any logo a customer MUST have written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark, or be an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the logo. A customer may NOT use any logo in a manner that may infringe copyright laws. A customer also may NOT use any logo in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. Gallant Gifts, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a logo. Gallant Gifts, Inc. shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased through Eventfulgifts.com.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Branders.com which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided that Branders.com gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Branders.com pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Branders.com harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.
